Booking and Payment
We require booking and full payment at least two hours in advance of the start of your tour in order to secure your reservation. Payment will be listed as Walk Brisbane on the credit card statement.
Walk Brisbane is able to accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal.
Walk Brisbane requires at least 72 hours advance notice of any cancellation in order to secure a refund. A $10 administration fee per person will apply. Cancellations must be communicated by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 72 hours from the tour start time. There are no refunds for late arrivals or no shows on the day of the tour.
No partial refunds will be given after tour commencement. The only exception to this is an egregious error or fault on our part, in which case there will be an assessment done on a case by case basis with regards to any change of our refund policy.
Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase.
Amendments (different day, different tour)
Amendments to bookings (different day, different tour) are subject to availability and must be requested as soon as possible by email to email@example.com. Amendments are only confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from Walk Brisbane.
